We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request being submitted first will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify it.

Exceptions / items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. You can contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Despite the above, if the item is sent to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If it is approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may also take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
